Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the strict quality controls required, all sales of peptides products are final. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products. We stand firmly behind the quality of every product we sell.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Your satisfaction and research integrity are our top priorities.
The following items cannot be returned: opened or reconstituted peptides, products that have been improperly stored, items purchased more than 30 days ago, and any products showing signs of tampering. This policy exists to protect the integrity of research materials for all customers.
Every product ships with a Certificate of Analysis verifying 99%+ purity. If independent testing reveals a product does not meet our stated purity specifications, we will issue a full replacement or refund. Simply provide the third-party lab results for our review.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel an order.
